Abstract Submission

To be considered for a presentation at the meeting, please submit an abstract by April 21. Your abstract should include a title, author list, author affiliations, and an abstract configured to fit on a single page. Please email a MS Word document of your abstract to Jeffrey Potoff: jpotoff@eng.wayne.edu. In your email, please be sure to include contact information for the corresponding author and indicate which of the authors will be the speaker.

Registration

  • Registration form can be found here.
  • Registration cost without accommodations
    • Graduate students and post-docs: $50
    • Faculty: $90
  • Please mail the completed registration form with a check payable to "Wayne State University" to Jeffrey Potoff, 5050 Anthony Wayne Dr, Department of Chemical Engineering, WSU, Detroit, MI, 48202.

Food

Lodging

Rooms are available in our on-campus dorms for $82 per person (includes 5/18 and 5/19).  Rooms are four person suites, with individual bedrooms sharing a bathroom and sitting area.  Room cost includes bed linens, overnight parking in structure #2 and wired Internet.  Rooms are in Towers Hall, which is a 5 minute walk to Engineering.  For conference attendees staying in the dorm, housing fees are due at the same time as the registration fee (4/21/09).
